SummerFest Hotdog Eating Contest | City Hall, 3 Freeman Ave
Think you have what it takes to be crowned hotdog-eating champion? Join us for one of the most anticipated—and delicious—competitions of the summer during SummerFest in downtown Tallassee! SummerFest will kickoff Saturday, June 21, at 8 a.m. and the Hotdog Eating Contest will take place at 12:00 PM at City Hall, 3 Freeman Ave.
This year’s contest will feature 10 contestants, and the rules are simple: the first to eat 10 hotdogs wins! There are two prize categories:
- Ages 16–20
- Ages 21 and up
Each category winner will take home a $150 cash prize, serious bragging rights, and the admiration of hungry onlookers!
Entry is just $5, and all participants will receive a free commemorative t-shirt. Seating is limited, and both registration and entry fee must be received by June 17 to secure your spot.
