The Tallassee Area Chamber of Commerce invites grill masters from near and far to fire up their pits for the BBQ Cook-Off during Trade Day 2025, happening Saturday, October 18, in downtown Tallassee.

This year’s cook-off is a two-day event, with food check-in by 6:00 p.m. on Friday, October 17. Competitors will battle it out in four mouth-watering categories: Ribs, Butts, Chicken, and Camp Stew — with bragging rights, prizes, and the title of Trade Day BBQ Champion on the line.

In addition to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place awards, the crowd will have their say with the Taster’s Choice Award — so bring your flavor game and win over the people!
